Deckchair Cabernet Merlot

With a nose giving a heady combination of dark red fruits, licorice, violets and spice, arouses the senses to the following taste of vibrant and full ripe red fruits
and vanillan flavours combining well with the subtle oak. Great to drinking now and will develop further over the next 5 years.

Deckchair Cabernet Sauvignon

The Cabernet Sauvignon is bright red in colour. The
generous nose displays a complex combination
of fruit cake, cherries, licorice and mixed spice
from 12 months in French oak barrels. The vibrant
long palate is full bodied with ripe red stonefruit and vanilla flavours. While drinking well now, this wine will develop superbly over 5-10 years.

Deckchair Chardonnay

A delicate and refreshing style of Chardonnay
treated with good barrel fermentation. The palate
hints of ripe pear, citrus and melon, delivering an
excellent mouth feel and palate texture.

Deckchair Little Pearler (Sparkling)

Little Pearler Sparkling has a lively bouquet with a crisp palate showing stone fruit characters followed by a
clean dry finish. Enjoy lounging on a Deckchair or as an accompaniment to hors d’oeurves.

Deckchair Sauvignon Blanc

This delicate and finely structured Sauvignon
Blanc enjoys flavours of light tropical fruits,
citrus and a fresh herbaciousness that fills
the mouth without being overpowering. Finishes
clean and fresh in the true Sauvignon Blanc style.

Deckchair Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

This wine shows complex fruit driven aromas of
lemongrass, gooseberries and capsicum, supported
by a delicate smoked bacon character derived
from partial barrel fermentation and lees
stirring in new French Oak barriques. The palate is
creamy, rich and mouth filling with lingering
flavours of Nectarines, lime and cashew nut.

Deckchair Shiraz

Deep red with a magenta hue, this Shiraz has a nose reminiscent of ripe strawberries and mulberries
complimented by subtle underlying characters of star anise and red capsicum. Medium to full bodied,
the palate is a mix of cherries, exotic spices and vanilla. Silky tannins linger on the palate. Ideal to drink over the next five years.
