Catch Billy Cabernet Merlot

It's not rocket science! Take soft berry Cabernet Sauvignon, blend it with juicy plumy Merlot and enjoy it. This is a wonderful soft, easy wine to have with lunch or great Italian pasta. It won’t knock your socks off, but it will give you a warm fuzzy feeling.

Catch Billy Chardonnay

Late in the summer the nectarines are juicy and ripe. This unwooded Chardonnay is just that, soft and round on the palate, fruity and firm. It has all those lovely stone fruit characters that you expect in a lighter weight Chardonnay. Crack and enjoy with friends in
the afternoon with cheese, nibbles and a few laughs.

Catch Billy Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

There is a refreshing ‘sherbet tang’ to this Classic Margaret River blend. The wonderful fragrant passionfruit quality of the Sauvignon Blanc tactfully pairs with the broader, mouth filling style from the Semillon grape, blended to perfection. Not to be taken too seriously, this is a wine for fun, positively thirst quenching!
