This wine was carefully blended from Verdelho grapes grown at vineyards located in Harvey and Capel and blended to produce a wine that is distinctly varietal, full flavoured and with rich, attractive lime flavours. Verdelho has shown itself to age very gracefully and this wine will develop well in bottle over a 5 year period.

The bouquet is strong lime, cut straw and hint of marzipan. The palate shows dry, beautifully balanced acidity, great richness of lime and tropical melon and pineapple that finishes clean with a fine touch of honey-scotch.
